challenge:
VIASYS is a merger of multiple healthcare companies, that had successfully merged the business side, but failed to address the resulting brand issues. The result: 10 departments on a self-branding rampage! Their efforts at communication centered around the individual business units, rather than the products or services.
solution:
Based on customer research, five care areas were developed, merging all products into one area regardless of what business unit they came from. All sales and marketing, advertising and promotional materials followed this new developed brand structure.
